IPSC has developed several sophisticated procedures for hiring interviewers. During 3 years of research activities, more than 250 people have been employed by the company as interviewers. The experience gained in working with them has resulted in creating the system for hiring, training and constantly monitoring the job implementation of the interviewers.
In fact, interviewers are one of the most important segment of the social surveys, for several reasons, which can be summed up in the following:
1. Interviewers interact with public, apart from registering their opinion they also form their opinion about the sociology, sociological research and data mining in general.
In this regard, general outlook, code of conduct and political correctness of the interviewers are extremely important. In IPSC the procedures focus on selecting the interviewers, who qualify with the above-mentioned criteria.

2. Interviewers are the first chain in data collection, they may highly impact the quality and worthiness of data.
IPSC trainings focus on several aspects, the interviewers should bare in minds, while conducting interviewers. These aspects include, but are not limited to objectivity, neutrality, politeness, respect to opinions, pedantic approach, interest, ability to listen, etc.

3. Interviewers are representing the organization, they should bare in mind the values of the organization.
Even if the interviewer good enough in communicating with people and trained enough for best data collection, s/he stills needs to be a part of organizational culture to be able to continue its employment with IPSC. The values, respected most in IPSC, is responsibility, punctuality, sincerity (not any single cheating can be accepted in IPSC), confidentiality, credibility and several more, communicated with the interviewers during the trainings.

Starting from February 2010, IPSC will be monthly publishing the names of the best interviewers on its website. The selection will be done based on the above-mentioned aspects as well as the personal scores of interviewers, delivered by the Quality Control Dept.
