 Q: What is IPSC?
A: IPSC stands for Institute for Political and Sociological Consulting. It is a registered trademark for a sociological research company active in public opinion polls, market research, qualitative and quantitative surveys and consulting.

Q: What does IPSC do?
A: IPSC is a growing research company currently active in sociological and market researches. Apart from organization of qualitative and quantitative surveys, public opinion polls, in-depth and expert interviews, focus groups, telephone interviews, IPSC also develops its own methodology, based on the previous experience and social realities, which helps to conduct high-quality surveys and provide accurate and objective consulting to the clients, interested parties and larger public. IPSC also organizes quality control sessions and trainings for its staff and wider audience.

Q: What are the priority directions of IPSC researches?
A: Politics, market research, education and community development are the priority targets. However, health care, media research, needs assessment, elections and other domains were also covered by IPSC during its activities.

Q: What methodologies has IPSC developed?
A: Apart from doing polls through worldly famous methodologies, specialists of IPSC use their knowledge and experience to develop their own methodology - adapted to the country specifics and current socio-political and economical circumstances. The most famous method is ElectRA™  Model which is a recent innovative approach of IPSC, developed specially for measuring ratings of politicians and political parties in Armenia.
IPSC is currently working on so-called QL (Quality of Life) Index and will soon propose its own strategy called SocDex™ Method, a unique tool for complex measuring of quality of life in Armenia.

Q: How IPSC is special from its competitors?
A: During three years in IPSC we have conducted more than 45 wide-scale surveys and gained a huge experience. 93,000 people surveyed, 200 people employed at the different periods of time and 6000 pages of information about various aspects of socio-political and economical life of Armenia in only three years make us very strong in the empirical research and consulting. The mechanisms of quality cotrol and monitoring developed by IPSC give us data accurancy of 99%, which is a very high limit for sociological research companies. Furthermore, the guidlines and criteria developed for staff and contracted personel make the management and organization of IPSC unique and competent enough to handle difficult tasks in a short period of time with high level of efficiency.
