However, the start date and duration of the scholarship remain the same (March-August, 2010).Also, please note, that the topic range is extended as well. Now, the interested students can apply for any topic in political sociology, however, the priority will be given to papers in the frames of previously announced topics.

Considering the difficulty of the application process as well as several requests from some applicants, IPSC decided to shift the deadline for IPSC - scholarship application process to January 31, 2010.
