IPSC Attributes Particular Importance to Personnel Management Role and Its Methods

The seminar discussion titled “Personnel Management Role and Its Methods” was aimed to represent historical and contemporary phases of the Methods of Personnel Management. The author of the seminar, Nika Yepiskoposyan, Quality Control Manager introduced the attendees to the acknowledged techniques of effective Personnel Management. The author also represented her own points of view regarding the discussed material: Nika’s viewpoints could be entirely competitive.
The seminar attendees generalized their views on the field through Q&A. On basis of the seminar materials IPSC decided to develop personnel mutual assessment procedure based on the so-called 360◦ method as a result of which we expect to obtain more detailed and compound information on labor features demonstration of the staff as well as on advantages and disadvantages trying to develop the first and to eliminate the latter.
