During May-June 2010, IPSC implemented the first online poll devoted to the internal labor satisfaction of one of the Armenian's major employers’ staff.. Online Polls are  a type of open access poll. They are implemented via Internet. The participants fill out the questionnaire compiled by the researcher and located on the website. Nowadays, online polls are broadly applied among sociological and marketing researches. In contrast to general opinon polls as traditional methods, online polls are trustworthy only if the consolidation of Internet users is representative enough to examine the current subject.

Online polls are quite efficient means of obtaining rapid, affordable and qualitative information in case of availability of properly selected subject, sound sample and distinct scientific methodology. One of the key features of  online polls is the fact that, in contrast to the other traditional methods, people express their opinions much more honestly and easily through the Internet.

The Online poll that has already been implemented is the first step of a new initiative, planned by IPSC. We are delighted to inform that research method exploring internal satisfaction of employees that has been initiated by IPSC is on its last stage of development. This method will provide corporate clients with an opportunity to deal with that service with a very affordable price.
