IPSC – Institute for Political and Sociological Consulting is a research institute in Armenia, specialized in marketing researches, sociological surveys, public opinion polls, qualitative and quantitative researches and consulting.
During three and half years of its activities IPSC has implemented 55 surveys in the sphere of politics, education, election monitoring, healthcare, marketing and other spheres covering Yerevan, all 42 cities and about 800 villages of Armenia, having interviewed about 103.000 (!) respondents as of March, 2010. This is a significant achievement not only for local, but also international organization working in the sphere of sociological researches and monitoring.
In May 2009 IPSC has gained its popularity through absolutely exact predictions of Yerevan mayor elections and recommendations, influencing decision making processes on different aspects of socio-political and economic life of Armenia. During those surveys, ElectRA™ Model, a special survey tool developed by IPSC, has been introduced and effectively utilized.
